In short
The short answer
At our Karachi clinic in 2026, a below knee leg costs from Rs 80,000 and an above knee leg from Rs 150,000. Through-knee legs start at Rs 170,000 and hip level legs at Rs 300,000. Imported knees, feet and liners raise the price: up to Rs 900,000 or more below the knee, and well past Rs 2,500,000 above it with a microprocessor knee.
The level of amputation sets the starting point; the knee, the foot and the suspension decide how far up the range your leg goes.
