What information we receive
We receive the information you choose to give us when you call or message us on WhatsApp at +92 337 841 4002: your name, your city or country, details about the person who needs a leg, photos of the stump and medical notes you send, and your questions. When you visit the clinic, we keep the clinical notes needed to make and follow up your leg.
The WhatsApp message box
The message box on our pages does not send anything to us or store anything on this website. It prepares a message in WhatsApp on your own phone or computer, which you can edit or delete before sending. Messages you send are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
How we use it
We use your information only to answer your questions, plan your visits, make and fit your leg, and follow up afterwards. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your photos for anything else. We will never publish a photo or story about you without your clear permission.
Who we share it with
We do not share your information with others except where it is needed for your care and you have agreed, where you ask us to talk to a family member, or where the law requires it. If we are unable to take your call and it is forwarded to another provider, as our terms explain, that provider will only hear what you tell them.
This website
This website does not ask you to create an account and does not use advertising cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as the pages requested and the time, to keep the site running and secure. Maps on the contact pages load from Google only when you choose to show them. The cost calculator runs in your browser and stores nothing.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete messages and photos we no longer need for your care. Call or WhatsApp us and we will help.
